Great Service!Magic touch was great. I needed somebody to come out last minute to check a fireplace that wasn’t working in a home that I am selling. Their technician Dave was on his way home, but he turned around and drove out to me anyway. There ended up being nothing wrong with my fireplace. It had just been a very long time since it was lit, so it was just taking a while to light. But Dave gave it a thorough check over anyway to give me peace of mind for my new buyers. Great service, reasonable price for the inspection, and Dave was courteous and professional.

He Was Fantastic!I used to dread getting down on the floor every time I wanted to light my fireplace. After years of dealing with it, I finally decided to see if there was an easier way. That’s when Dave came out from Magic Touch. He was fantastic — super friendly, explained everything in plain English, and gave me a few different options to choose from. He ended up installing a new electronic ignition system the very same day, and I couldn’t be happier. He tested everything for safety, cleaned up my logs so they looked brand new, and made sure it was working perfectly before he left. Now all I have to do is press a button and the fire comes to life. Honestly, I wish I’d done it years ago!

Highly Recommend!When our gas fireplace suddenly stopped working right before the holidays, I panicked thinking we’d have to go the whole season without it. I called Magic Touch, and they had a technician out within a day. He quickly found the problem (bad valve). He had the part on the truck, fixed it on the spot, and even cleaned the fireplace and adjusted the flame before leaving. The fire looks better now than it has in years! I was so impressed with how thorough and professional the service was. It’s rare these days to find a company that takes that much pride in their work. Highly recommend!
