Rich Morgan founded Magic Touch Mechanical in 1997 after years in the HVAC trade and a lifelong interest in how mechanical systems actually work.
Over the years, Rich has become known not only for his experience with air conditioning, heating, and fireplace systems, but also for explaining technical topics in a way homeowners can actually understand.
Whether he’s helping a customer compare AC repair versus replacement, reviewing a new heat pump system, explaining fireplace options, or creating educational videos online, Rich’s approach is the same: give people the information they need to make a confident decision.

In 2002, Rich’s wife and business partner, Michele Morgan, joined the company full-time and brought a design-focused eye to the business that helped shape what The Fire Place by Magic Touch is today.
Michele works with homeowners, designers, and contractors to help turn fireplace ideas into finished spaces. From modern linear fireplaces and media walls to cozy traditional designs, outdoor fire features, wall finishes, mantels, panels, and decorative details, Michele helps clients narrow down the choices and create something that fits both the home and the homeowner.
